You won't get lost in a large group or wonder if you are doing the exercises correctly. Our personalized setting allows you the attention that you deserve. Our experienced instructors work with every individual to ensure proper form to avoid injuries while allowing for maximum results. And since we welcome people at all fitness levels, exercise modifications are available.
Our Strength Training classes are designed to build strength, and re-shape the body using dumbbells, machines, bands, TRX, and your own bodyweight.
Our Conditioning classes combine High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with explosive bodyweight movements that rev up your metabolism, challenge your endurance and build power and strength.
Our group members are supportive and encouraging, and our instructors are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

Our monthly membership invites you to attend any of our strength or conditioning classes as often as you like. No long term contract so you can pause or cancel your membership at any time.
Our complimentary 30-minute session is desgined to get to know you and your goals. During this time, we'll talk through your fitness objectives, evaluate your current fitness level, and guide you through a few movement assessments. This insight allows your trainer to create a customized program tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
Your fitness journey is unique. Together we will focus on your goals at a pace that feels right for you, building strength, confidence and healthy habits along the way. With guidance and encouragement every step, you'll have the support you need to succeed and enjoy the process.
30 minute session - $55
45 minute session - $80
60 minute session - $105
Share your fitness journey with your partner or friend! Couples training is a fun and motivating way to work out together, support each other, and stay accountable. Each session is designed to challenge both of you at your own fitness levels while keeping the focus on teamwork, encouragement, and results.
40 minute session - $100
